148cm wide, lovely crisp 100% Cotton, washes well and is so versatile. It is not a floaty fabric.
Imagine a good old crisp cotton bedsheet and you are there! Not as tightly woven as a Moda Patchwork fabric would be but with plenty body to e.g. make a great small window curtain in a Cottage.
Customers have relined dolly buggies with this and made bedding for them, also big bedding for grand childrens small beds as they preferred Cotton to Synthetics, its become the backing of many quilts and playmats, it makes great summer cushion covers with some bobble trim perhaps, but also a typical 60s Rock’n Roll dress where you need a sturdier cotton to drape nicely over the petticoat and to hold the bodice.
This fabric is also very suitable for table runners, napkins and table cloth as it does usually not move out of its weave.
