Soft & Elegant Wadding, 80/20% Cotton/Polyester, 90 Inch Wide is the ‘comfort blend’ 80/20% cotton/polyester wadding. Made with long staple cotton and the softest polyester with no chemicals or bleaching. When using Soft & Elegant wadding, it is recommended you machine or hand quilt up to 10 Inches apart.

Soft & Elegant Wadding is ideally suited to projects such as Doll making, Wall Hangings, Applique and patchwork quilting.

This wadding is sold per 1/2 metre and will be sent as one continuous piece.

Recommended for Hand Washing Prior to Use

• Hand Wash and Dry Naturally
• Use cool water and mild detergent
• Soak for 15 minutes
• Squeeze out excess moisture by rolling in a dry towel
• Dry naturally by laying flat
• Shrinkage less than 5%
• DO NOT MACHINE WASH OR DRY BEFORE QUILTING

If Pre Washing is not desired, it is recommended that directly after completing your quilt, Soft & Elegant Wadding should be machine washed with mild detergent and dried on the delicate cycle, or hand washed and dried naturally. This will prevent tiny oil spots from the cotton seeds or hull remnants
