One of the most versatile elastics, you find it nearly on every garment that has stretch to it, on most sportswear fleeces and where ever you need a slim flanged on hem that is nice and flat and soft looking.
This foldover elastic is flat on 20mm but has a slight indent in the middle which makes it easier for you to fold it over, making sure its flanging on by the same amount either side of the fabric (10mm)
