Bias Binding, perfect for finishing your bunting, decorate your sewing projects, or to edge garments.

To order more than one metre, simply select the quantity of metres as the ‘Quantity’. Your bias binding will be cut as one continuous length to the number of metre you require.

All our bias binding is single fold bias tape, where the two long raw edges are folded into the centre of the tape.

Bias Binding is cut on the bias of the fabric and comes with the edges ready folded. Being cut across the grain means it will bend around curved shapes more easily than if it was cut on the straight grain of the fabric, so it is great for binding armholes, edging curves on collars, etc.

Premium Quality 30mm single fold Christmas Bias Binding. The sides are folded in to the middle, the binding is nice and crisp, the folds stay put and do not move about when worked with.

70% Polyester, 30% Cotton, washable at 40 degrees, wool setting for pressing. Made in Spain by Byetsa Manresa.

So for this 30mm single fold Bias Binding the Flat Binding width is 60mm. As the sides are folded to the middle, this binding can be easily pressed to a double fold 15mm bias binding. The fabric is starched and not floppy. Lovely to work with.

 

The WHITE background of this red and green stars on white bias binding rather fits to a white fabric than to an ivory fabric. So if your main project is ivory based, this bias binding would be too strong white for it.
